Information Sharing

We respect that passenger and dependent information is personal and belongs to the passenger (or the passenger's account owner). We do not sell or otherwise provide passenger personal data to third parties for their independent use. We share data only in the limited circumstances described below and only to the extent necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations.

• With Drivers (minimal trip data): We share only the information necessary for a driver to complete a booked trip (e.g., passenger name, pickup/drop-off locations, contact number for the trip). Sensitive passenger profile details that are not required to operate the trip are not shared with drivers.
• With Organizations: When you book through an organization's transportation service, we may share trip-related information with that organization strictly for trip coordination and reporting. Organizations do not receive passenger profile data beyond what is required for the booking unless you explicitly consent.
• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf (for example: maps, push notifications, analytics, cloud storage). These providers are contractually required to protect personal data and use it only to provide services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We will disclose personal data when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users. We limit disclosures to the minimum necessary to meet the legal requirement.
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, we may transfer personal data as part of the transaction, but we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy and only use personal data for the purposes disclosed here.
